Our friendly, comfortable restaurant looks out from 1st floor level across a view of the Royal Festival Hall and other South Bank halls, with the fountain playing in the White House garden below. The restaurant seats 70. In 2005 we completely redesigned our ventilation system and you can sit in a pleasant environment, come sun, come snow. If you are in a hurry to get to a concert or a play we have designed a “Presto” menu to make sure you get to your seat in time for baton up or curtain up. Wonderful value for money - 2 courses for £15.75 and 3 courses for £18.95 which includes unlimited bread and butter and filter coffee, our Presto menu is available at lunchtime and early evening until 7.30pm. The Presto menu changes fortnightly - an example of the menu can be found on the dedicated 'menus and wines' page of this site. |
We are a Wi-Fi Hot Spot which is free to our customers.

If you are in the mood for a more relaxed visit we also offer an à la carte menu, which changes monthly and always with a Daily Special main course. For over 28 years we have been famous for offering an interesting selection of specialist sausages - in fact we were one of the first restaurants to do so as part of a more traditional menu. Vegetarians can always be sure of a good range of choice, both for “starter” and “main” courses. This month's menu can be found on the dedicated 'menus and wines' page of this site. If you are coming particularly to listen to the jazz and want a restaurant meal, ask to be seated over-looking the mezzanine area. Booking for the restaurant is advised. |
