Directions from Waterloo

By Train

Leave Waterloo mainline station using Exit 5 signed for Waterloo Bridge (located at the Eurostar end of the station). Proceed down main steps and bear left. Cross over the main road in front of you at the pedestrian crossing and continue straight on. This takes you down Sutton Walk (underneath the railway bridge). Bear left into Concert Hall Approach and the Archduke is on the left in the railway arches (Look for yellow, red, and blue banners) 3-4 mins walk.

By Underground

Nearest stations are Waterloo or Embankment. From Waterloo we are 2-3 minutes walk. There are several exits, follow signs for South Bank or Royal Festival Hall. The Archduke is located in railway arches adjacent to the Royal Festival Hall.

From Embankment station (approx 8 minutes walk) turn right out of the station and take the steps immediately on your right. Cross the river over Hungerford Bridge, continue straight on (do not turn left towards the river) until you go down steps which bring you back to street level behind the Royal Festival Hall. You will see The Archduke in front of you to the right, located in the railway arches. Look out for blue, red and yellow banners.
